Do you also eat things that need cooking for a specific amount of time? Wow, me too! I thought I was the only one.

You know the story. It’s dinner time and you can’t find your bloody timer. Where is it? It has gotten lost on your kitchen counter. Or, you have to keep it in the bedroom because you’re run out of space in your tiny kitchen. All the surfaces are just FULL of other stuff.

Well, I am here to save your life.

If you’re one of my closest friends, you will know that I have a passion for magnets. When it comes to space optimisation, magnets are the best. We often neglect to hang everything we own on the fridge and that’s a shame. Seeing as it’s always super smart.

Introducing: The Magnetic Kitchen Timer!

You just plop it onto any magnetic surface you have and boom - you’ve got a magnetic kitchen timer on a magnetic surface. It’s basically magic.

And if you want to buy it, here are some options. The first one, the Brabantia one, is the one I have. I almost screamed when I saw that you could get it in this dusty pink. It makes me hate my shitty black one. (No, I still love it). If you use these #affiliatelinks, maybe one day I’ll be able to afford to replace mine with the pink one (a dream come true). I also found some other nice-looking ones with fairly good reviews. I cannot vouch for them as I have not used them, but I definitely love the IDEA of them. Here we go:

(That last one is definitely for psychopaths who cook more than just a pot of pasta every day. EACH TO THEIR OWN. I’d rather have three pink ones.

Go, go cook!

Love you.

Sofie.
